I also fit sun tubes, velux windows, vents and solar panels. I can also provide a professional roof inspection/survey followed by a written report for home insurance/valuation purposes. All work is carried out to a high standard and is compliant with the latest regulations.

Slate Roofing
I cover all types of slated roofs, from man-made to natural slate. This includes; repairs, re-roofs, vertical slating, cement mortar wash and new builds/extensions including all lead work. I also fit sun tubes, velux windows, vents and solar panels. I can also provide a professional roof inspection/survey followed by a written report for home insurance/valuation purposes. I use a few reclaim yards throughout Cornwall so I can source second hand roofing materials. All work is carried out to a high standard and is compliant with the latest regulations.

The property services that I offer include;
Painting (interior/exterior), Cleaning, repairing and replacement of fascias, soffits and gutters.
Pressure washing.
Chimney repairs/maintenance and cowl fitting.
Roof timber treatment (woodworm/preserver etc)
