Post quote Tom took the time to suggest a better method for the repair than that which I had asked for. He gave details as to reasons why, the cost and the long term diagnosis. We then agreed to what was to be done - sadly lockdown happened and the work was delayed but Tom kept me informed of the situation throughout. He carried out the work at the earliest possible time.
