My roof looks fantastic with the Cornish emblem cut tiles on the upper and lower roof and with Velux windows added to the front extension that has transformed inside. while the scaffolding was up had new gutters, facia's and downpipes fitted, also two large chimneys renovated, finished with a complete multi covering of exterior painting right down to the "Black Jack" at ground level. All by them.
I have building certificates for the re-roof and increased loft insulation issued by the council together with a certificate for the lining of the chimney. so you know it has been done to 2021 approved standards.
The transformation externally completes my home.

"Tom did a complete reroofing of our 200+ year old cottage, where the old asbestos tiles and tarred paper membrane had deteriorated to the point where water was coming in over winter. The whole roof was stripped off and brought up to building regs specification with insulation board, breathable membrane, graphite slate, and lead gulleys. This was a fairly large and fiddly job with sections of roof adjoining the neighbours' house and narrower roofing timbers requiring insulation to be fitted in two layers. Tom & co did a great job, managing to finish a few days before Christmas 2021, although due to the usual Autumn weather it took a bit longer than initially estimated. Tom really knows his business and is up to date with both materials and methods, as well as with traditional techniques where needed. Highly recommended."
